I bought VIP-status but it didn't activate. How do I fix this?
Use the feedback form built into the app.
Open your profile, click "Settings", click "Leave feedback", select "Payment Problems". Enter additional information, your email address and the order number. Click "Send" (top-right corner).
Note that if you use multiple profiles, your VIP-status will be available only on the profile where it was activated; your VIP-status does not apply to your other profiles.
