Topface for iOS: questions and answers

I bought VIP-status but it didn't activate. How do I fix this?

Use the built-in feedback form.
Open your profile from the main menu, click "Settings", select "Leave feedback", select "Payment Problems". Enter additional information, your e-mail address and the order number. Click "Send" (in the top-right corner).
Note that if you use multiple Topface profiles, your VIP-status will not carry over to others, only for the one you activated it on.
